Lodi Access Center

The City of Lodi recently received approval from City Council in October 2021 to purchase a location to develop their Access Center shelter. The goal would be to have a temporary emergency shelter in operation within the first half of 2022 that would be able to house up to 50 unsheltered. The temporary emergency shelter would provide services including, housing navigation, income advocacy, mental health and substance use treatment, job readiness training, etc., these services would be similar to what will be provided at the Access Center once complete. The permanent Access Center is planned for development over the next approximately 18 months and will meet the needs of the 2022 Point in Time Count, which is set to take place January 26, 2022.
